Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Route2Fashion. If you need to return or exchange anything, here's everything you need to know.
Part 1: Clothing
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, and in some cases within 4 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- For prepaid orders that are cancelled after dispatch or not accepted at delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Route2Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without providing a reason. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Returns & Exchanges
- Clothing items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resaleable condition with all tags, accessories, and the original invoice intact.
- We do not offer refunds if the product is simply not to your liking — exchanges are available instead.
- Sealed products must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with. Contact our customer care immediately.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim to be processed. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
- Products damaged during use or during return transit do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Part 2: Fragrances & Innerwear
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- For prepaid orders that are cancelled after dispatch or not accepted at delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Fragrances or Innerwear under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective fragrance or innerwear item, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receipt.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim to be processed. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Valid defective/damaged claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Process (Applicable for Clothing only)

- Repack the item securely and ship it to: Route2Fashion c/o Zedds, 90/36 Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – 110017

Reshipment charges:
- ₹50 if you ship the product back at your own expense.
- ₹100 if reverse pickup and reshipment is arranged by us.
- These charges are to be paid online.
- The exchange process will begin once we receive the item and complete a quality check.
Mode of Refund
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method:
- Card / Net Banking / UPI — refunded to the same account.
- Cheque / DD payments — a cheque will be issued and sent to your billing address.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. Cheque delivery may take additional time.
