  • How do I register myself at www.route2fashion.com?
You can register yourself by clicking at "New Registration" at the top right corner of the webpage.

 

  • How do I login to my account at Route2Fashion.com?
You can login to your account by clicking at "Login" on top right corner of the webpage, enter your email id and password and click submit.

 

  • What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password, please click on the "Login" page on top right corner of the webpage, click on 'Forgot your Password' link below the password textbox, enter your email id and click submit. You will receive the password on your registered email id.

 

  • My account is blocked. How do I login now?
If your account is blocked and you cannot login to your account, please email us at cs@route2fashion.com

 

  • Are all the products being sold at Route2Fashion authentic?
Authenticity of the products is our prime concern. All the products being sold at Route2Fashion are 100% authentic. All the products are acquired from authorised distributors, vendors, suppliers or importers.

 

  • I am not able to place an order. Can you Help?

  • How do I check if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

 

  • Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes, we can gift wrap your order for you. Please select the 'Gift Wrap' option during checkout.

 

  • Can I change what I have ordered?
Sorry, once an order is placed it cannot be changed. If you want to add items, you can place a new order. If you want to cancel an order, please refer to our Return / Cancellation Policy or contact us on cs@route2fashion.com

 

  • Can I collect the order myself?
Yes, you can collect the order yourself. Please contact us at cs@route2fashion.com for more details.

 

  • How do I check my order status?
You can check your exact order status by logging in to your account on www.route2fashion.com and visit the "Order History" page.

 

  • How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at cs@route2fashion.com along with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If your order has been dispatched, we'll not be able to cancel your order and refund your delivery charges (if any).

 

  • Which locations do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver the products throughout India. But, there might be a few locations which might not be served by our logistic partners. In such cases, we'll refund your payment.

 

  • How do I return a product?
For cancellation and returns, please refer our "Return and Cancellation Policy"

 

  • What do I do if I receive a faulty / damaged item?
At Route2Fashion.com, we strive to deliver all the products in Good condition and as per your order. If you receive a parcel in unsealed / tampered condition, please do not accept it. In case of a damaged item or if the item is not as described, please contact us at cs@route2fashion.com within 24 hrs of receipt of the item.

 

  • Is my order insured?
Yes, all the orders we ship are insured.

 

  • What do I do if I receive an incorrect order?
At route2fashion.com all the orders are cross checked at multiple points to ensure the accuracy of orders we send. In case, you have received a product which is different to what you have ordered, please email us immediately at cs@route2fashion.com or call us at +91-9711444774.

 

  • What if I can't find the item I am looking for, does it mean you don't sell it?
Not necessarily, the product may be out of stock. If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please email us at cs@route2fashion.com so that we can check if we have it and confirm its availability.

 

  • Are my payment details safe?
Yes, all your payment details are 100% safe. All the payments are processed by our payment partner "EBS". All transactions are secured using 128bit SSL.

 

  • What payment modes do you accept?
We accept the following modes of payment: Credit / Debit Card. Net Banking. Cheque / DD (Payable at par at New Delhi) Cash on Delivery (Selected locations, contact us for more details) Cash on Pickup (You can collect the products from our office and pay In cash at the time of pickup)

 

  • How do I pay using a Cheque / DD ?
You can make a Crossed cheque / DD in favour of "Zedds Sales" and send it to: Route2Fashion.com c/o Zedds Sales Pvt Ltd. B-73 Lajpat Nagar I, New Delhi – 110024 Please mention your order no at the back of Cheque / DD. Note: All the orders paid through Cheque / DD would be processed after realisation of the payment.

 

  • What are the shipping charges for the products?
Shipping charges vary across products and categories. We strive to offer "Free Shipping" on all our products. But, there might be some cases, where free shipping is not possible. In such cases, we take a nominal shipping charge depending on the product.

 

  • How long does it take for me to receive the ordered products?
Almost all the orders are processed within 48hrs of the order confirmation and are delivered with 5-7 working days. There might be situations beyond our control where the orders cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe and would take a bit longer.

 

  • Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only in India. For international queries, email us at cs@route2fashion.com

 

  • Do I need to pay anything apart from the delivery charges (if any)?
The amount charged from you during checkout is inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges. However, Octroi and other state specific charges (if any) will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery.
