Return & CancellationPolicy:
We hope that you are pleased with the products you have purchased from us, but if you need to return anything, we have the following options for you: You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. All the orders are dispatched within 24-48 hrs. But at times, the orders are even processed within 4 hrs from the time of placing the order. If your order has been dispatched from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. (Please note: updating the shipping details might take upto 24 hrs) We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your and need to cancel your order due to any reason. Route2fashion reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer. In case, you are not satisfied with the product or the item is not as described, you may return the item in its original resale-able condition within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please note: Due to hygiene issues, we do not entertain returns / exchange for Innerwears & fragrances. We do not entertain refunds in case the product is not to your liking. For all other products, you may exchange a product in its original packing with all tags, accessories and original invoice. For sealed products, its seal must be intact. You cannot open and return a product.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packing is damaged / tampered. In such case, please contact our customer care immediately.
- We take all possible measures to pack the products in a manner where it is not damaged during transit, but mistakes do happen. In case where, you have received a defective / damaged product, please contact our customer care within 48 hrs of receipt of the product.
- Products damaged while in use do not qualify for a refund / replacement.
- Products damaged during transit to our warehouse do not qualify for a refund / replacement. In case your product cannot be replaced, we’ll refund your paid amount.
- Shipping charges / gift wrapping charges do not qualify for a refund.
- In case the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Route2fashion reserves the right to reject a refund request, if the items do not comply with our return policy.

- A minimal charge of Rs 50 is applicable for reshipment of product (Valid if you ship the product back at your expenses, These charges are to be paid online)
- A minimal charge of Rs 100 is applicable for pickup and reshipment of product (Valid of reverse pickup and reshipment is arranged by us, These charges are to be paid online)
- Exchange procedure would initiate once we receive the goods at our end and successful Quality check is complete.
Refund (if applicable) would be made in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was made using your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking, the amount would be refunded to the same mode.
In case the payment was made through a cheque / DD, we’ll send you a cheque (Not DD). Cheques would be sent only to the Billing Address of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of products at our end. In case of Cheques, it might take a little more long for the cheque to get delivered at your doorstep
